18 Months

At Wyatt's 18th month appointment he weighed 26 lbs and was 33 inches long.  He is a healthy boy and is above normal in all of the milestones except for the amount of words he is speaking...  But Jet reminded me and the pediatrician that Albert Einstein didnt talk until he was 3 years old, so we shouldnt be worried, right?

Wyatt sleeps 11 -12 hours every night (8 pm to 7:30 am).  His favorite foods are bananas, chicken nuggets, and gold fish.  He is now using his utensils and actually getting food into his mouth.  Our boy is a major thumb sucker and does not want a blanket or any sort of stuffed animal in his crib at night.  He says thank you, momma, dadda, dady (Dacy), nak (snack), side (outside), ba (ball), bye bye, and hiiiiiii when he walks into the room.  He ruffs, moos, and meows.  When he sees me, he says tay-tay-tay-tay (I hope this doesnt stick).

His favorite activities are playing in the water outside, sliding down his slide, and reading books.  He LOVES the dogs and plays fetch with them all day long (most of the time he just runs with the ball and wants to be chased).  He is climbing on EVERYTHING (the kitchen table, the office desk, and almost scaling his crib).   He is MAD about his brothers and loves being in their rooms because the doors are usually shut when they aren't home.   He is obsessed with tooth brushes, he reaches into the top drawers in the bathroom and peeks over the top to find a tooth brush...  He is strong willed, fearless, and very driven.  He gives the most obnoxious open mouth kisses and then snuggles his nose in your neck afterwards.  He is 100% boy and we wouldn't change it for the world, he is our baby and we love every second with him...
